- 2
Map them to the supported PlaintiffDesk choices supplied for the approved workflow.
- 3
Test unknown, missing, and changed values.
- 4
Review mappings whenever the firm changes the affected configuration.
Configured choices
A connection can be mapped to the case types, sources, offices, assignments, statuses, and other supported choices supplied for its approved workflow.
Stable external meaning
The integration plan identifies how each source-system value should correspond to the firm’s PlaintiffDesk configuration instead of relying on similar display names.
Reviewed mapping changes
When the firm changes an affected option or workflow, the mapping should be reviewed and retested before new connected submissions depend on it.
Keep in mind
- The private customer reference identifies which mappings are available for the enabled connection.
