Jane medical chronology

Preparing, reviewing, and validating medical chronologies and gap analysis.

Before you start

  • The relevant medical records must be available and readable in the selected source scope.

Typical workflow

  1. 1

Select the medical records and date range the review should cover.

  2. 2

Ask Jane to organize events, providers, treatment, diagnoses, or other requested medical context.

  3. 3

Inspect cited pages and dates for each consequential chronology entry.

  4. 4

Review apparent gaps, duplicates, inconsistent dates, and unreadable material before relying on the chronology.

Source set

Confirm that the intended records, bills, imaging, provider notes, and relevant case activity are available before evaluating completeness.

Event review

Verify provider names, dates, services, findings, diagnosis language, treatment, referrals, restrictions, charges, and source references.

Gaps and uncertainty

A missing date, unreadable page, absent record, and documented treatment gap are different conditions and should remain labeled separately.

Keep in mind

  • A chronology organizes the supplied record; it does not establish medical causation or completeness by itself.
