Jane workspace actions
How Jane prepares case-field proposals, readiness reviews, navigation, and other staged case work.

Before you start
- Access to the active case and the destination Jane proposes to use.
Typical workflow
- 1
Review the case context and the work Jane proposes to prepare.
- 2
Resolve missing case information or choose the appropriate source documents.
- 3
Inspect the proposed values, draft, or action before it leaves the conversation.
- 4
Confirm consequential saves or changes only after checking the destination and affected record.
Open the relevant workspace
When the case is clear, Jane can prepare navigation to a named case section, documents folder, activity draft, billing-expense draft, or configured section-data draft. Ambiguous case navigation requires the user to choose the intended matter.
Draft before writing
Supported workspace actions can open with draft-only information or a visible proposal. Review the active workflow to confirm that activity, expense information, or section data has not been committed before choosing the final action.
Review proposed fields
Field proposals can show current and proposed values, grouped sections, a target field, contact-matching questions, and source excerpts. Review each field using the visible Save this field or Do not save choice, edit included values when needed, and then confirm the overall save.
Resolve missing case data
Readiness review can separate present, missing, unclear, and review-needed information and show confidence, evidence matches, lower-confidence alternatives, and a suggested next step.
Permission and confirmation at execution
The user must review the case, destination, source, and proposed work before confirming an available action. Confirmation still requires current permission and a valid destination at the moment the action runs.
Keep in mind
- Supported workflows should surface missing permissions, required fields, and applicable confirmation boundaries; verify the displayed action before proceeding.
